Verizon iPhone 4 call drop rate not as high as AT&T

The AT&T iPhone 4 was criticized for a very high call drop rate, but things are drastically better with the Verizon iPhone 4. The call drop rate of the iPhone 4 with the two carriers have been compared in a new ChangeWave Research study which reveals that Verizon iPhone customers are reporting fewer dropped calls than their AT&T counterparts. ChangeWave mentions that the rate of dropped calls on the Verizon iPhone is right in line with rate of dropped calls for Verizon customers overall. This definitely is refreshing news for Apple as the Cupertino giant came under heavy criticism for these dropped calls despite Apple stating AT&T as the reason for such service inconsistencies.
