iPhone Camera+ App hits the 2 million download mark

Famous iPhone application Camera+ from Tap Tap Tap has managed to reach a whopping 2 million sales mark, which makes it one of the most downloaded utility application in the App Store. Currently in version 2.2, Tap Tap Tap released a new feature for Camera+ dubbed Clarity and with that launch, the 2 million sales mark was also crossed. The pace from 1 million to 2 million downloads was fast as Camera+ managed to achieve the feat in 3 months. At present Camera+ has sold 2,061,403 copies and the net sales amount is $1,833,722, which is amazing, considering that Camera+ is a mere application. The popularity of the app can be assessed by the fact that its version 2.2 was upgraded by 1 million users over a period of just 6 days, where almost 400,000 of them upgrading on day one.
