T-Mobile HD7 NoDo update is now official

It was just yesterday that we reported the T-Mobile HD7 update was to go official today and now comes the official confirmation from TMO itself. The alerts concerning the update had already been popping up on the handsets since February and now an official guide with a step-by-step procedure to install the update can be found here. Once the update is installed, it adds a lot of value to the HD7 with the smartphone getting the ability to copy and paste text. This update also stops unnecessary data connectivity and lowers data usage while using Yahoo! Mail. Another advantage is an improved Marketplace while some aesthetic goodness is also brought in – as customers can see different background images in the search screen, when connected to a WiFi connection. While the T-Mobile HD7 users will be uber pleased with this development, the Dell Venue Pro owners will have to hang around until April 18 to get the update running on their device.
