According to a leaked press release for the upcoming Samsung 4G LTE phone on Verizon, the Android device will be called the Droid Charge. The folks over at Pocketnow managed to get their hands on a PR featuring the phone and they’ve posted it online. The Droid Charge, previously known by its codename: Stealth-V (SCH-i510) will feature almost similar specs to Samsung’s best-selling Android phone, the Galaxy S. Its screen size has been increased to 4.3″, and it will pack a 4G LTE radio to speed around on Verizon’s 4G network. The interesting thing about the phone is that it’s been publicized with the “Droid Eye” normally reserved for Motorola’s Droid phones (even the Droid Eris and Droid Incredible from HTC didn’t receive such branding). No prices or release date have been confirmed, but expect to find out more in the new future.
