Fans of the Motorola Droid phones on Verizon will be excited to know that there have been reports about the successors to the infamous Droid phones that pushed Verizon forward in the smartphone game when they were first released. Images of the Droid X 2, Droid 3 and a new phone nicknamed the Targa have been spotted in photographs recently. No new details were given about the phones except that the Targa is touted to have support for Verizon’s 4G LTE network, which should definitely please some folks. No word on any release dates, but stay tuned and we’ll keep you posted if any additional info pops up.
