iPhone 5 to have NFC after all?

It looks like another case of contradicting reports: earlier this week we reported about a rumor stating that the iPhone 5 not having NFC when it arrives later this year, but according to a writer from Forbes, an unnamed source with a friend who works in Apple told her that we’ll be seeing NFC on the iOS phone. As usual, we can expect a lot of rumors flying around as we’re still months away from any official announcement, everybody is curious about what’s going to be in the next generation iPhone. Since NFC isn’t widely adopted here, it doesn’t really matter if a phone has such capabilities or not, but it wouldn’t hurt to have a future-proof phone. Do you think the iPhone 5 needs NFC?
