How many of you own a Samsung TV and a Samsung Galaxy S phone or Galaxy Tab tablet? Samsung has officially announced the availability of the Samsung TV Remote App that will allow you to use your Samsung mobile device as a traditional TV remote. The TV Remote App will bring added functionality to your TV experience, with your tablet/phone being able to use the on-screen keyboard when inputting text on your television. Your phone connects to your TV using WiFi which means you can control your TV while in another room (use it from upstairs to play pranks on people who are in the living room?) and it works with a wide range of Samsung TVs including the LED C6500 series, LCD C650 series, Plasma C6500 series from 2010 and upcoming 2011 TVs. The Samsung TV remote app for the Galaxy S and Galaxy Tab is available for free on the Android Market now.
