Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 revealed at Mobile World Congress
Samsung recently unveiled their successor to their first Android tablet, the Galaxy Tab at the Mobile World Congress. Ditching its smaller 7″ form factor, the new Galaxy Tab 10.1 comes with a (you guessed it) 10.1″ display and Honeycomb (Android 3.0) instead of Froyo (Android 2.2) to bring you the complete tablet experience (Android 3.0 was designed specifically for tablets, unlike 2.2). It also packs an NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor so it can support HD recording and playback the videos you record with the tablet’s 8 megapixel camera. At only 10.9mm thick and featuring a body made of plastic, the tablet isn’t going to be much trouble to carry around. With HSPA+ support, it’ll ensure you can stay connected at all times. Does Samsung have a winner on its hands? We’ll just have to wait and see but as far as things go, it’s looking pretty good right now.
