Motorola Charm, Flipout and i1 won’t receive Android updates

More bad news for those of you running entry-level Motorola Android devices – Motorola has updated their Android update charts for their phones, and it looks like 3 more devices have been left behind in the dust. The Motorola Charm, Flipout and i1 will be stuck with the version of Android they shipped with. Hopefully, Motorola or the carriers that sold the phone will be kind enough to offer some sort of compensation to make up for the disappointment. It’s quite sad to see Motorola not offering any support for their Android phones, even though they aren’t exactly top-of-the-line, everybody deserves an upgrade right? Well, it looks like users of the phone are going to have to rely on the developer community if they want to upgrade or stay stuck.
