Microsoft releases Windows Phone 7 time trial ads

Microsoft has released some new ads touting the speed of their Windows Phone 7 devices. Called Real Time Trials, the ads pit the user against WP7 phones in tasks like taking a photograph and uploading it to Facebook or looking for your home with the Maps application. Microsoft claims their phones can do all those tasks faster and much more easily due to the WP7 operating system. Sure enough, those tests are a good measure of WP7’s speed, but what if it was the WP7 phone that had to do what other phones did instead? Either way, it makes for an interesting commercial.
