LG’s shows off new Optimus devices at Mobile World Congress

LG had a number of new devices to show off to the world during the Mobile World Congress, and like Sony Ericsson and Samsung, they’ve expanded their Android phone line up with some new Optimus phones and a tablet. The Optimus 2X (we’ve already seen before and our sister site reviewed), Optimus Black (unveiled at CES, the power-saving NOVA display phone), Optimus 3D (first complete 3D-experience phone), and Optimus Pad (the European version of the G-Slate). If there’s anything we’ve learnt it’s that dual-core Android devices are the new black and we’re going to see a lot more of them this year onwards. Will 3D displays on mobile devices catch on? It’s a bit too early to tell, but LG seems to be banking on it. Head over to Ubergizmo to read more about the Optimus 2X, Optimus 3D, Optimus Black and Optimus Pad.
