BlackBerry PlayBook video preview

It was announced not too long ago that the BlackBerry PlayBook would launch with 2 EA games titles: Need For Speed Undercover and Tetris. Well at the Mobile World Conference this week, we finally got to see the tablet in action. Ryan Bidan, Senior Product Manager at RIM gave a demonstration of the tablet running the games during a PlayBook demo, and boy does it look fantastic. The games ran without a hitch (even when other applications running in the background at the same time) showing off the testament the tablet’s TI OMAP dual-core processor and optimized software. With a 7″ LCD display that won’t feel too large in your hands 4G support and the QNX operating system, it looks like RIM might have a winner on their hands. Now if only they would release it.
