Trapster.com website hacked

Trapster, the popular app that alerts you about the location of speed traps and cameras has had their website hacked. While the app can help you evade cops, it sure doesn’t work too well when it comes to evading hackers. The passwords and emails of Trapster’s thousands of users have been compromised, so if you’re registered to Trapster, make sure you change your password. And if you use the same password for any accounts linked to your Trapster account (i.e. email) you should change it too, just in case. The Trapster team has recently learned that our website has been the target of a hacking attempt, and it is possible that your email address and password were compromised. We have taken, and continue to take, preventative measures to avoid future incidents but we are recommending that you change your Trapster password.
