Toshiba Android tablet first impressions

We got our hands on Toshiba’s upcoming Android tablet and though it wasn’t ready for a live demo, we could get a feel of what it’s like to carry and hold the tablet. It features a rubberized back that is removable/customizable- which actually gives it an edge over the iPad as you can lean the tablet against something, and it will stay put (unlike the iPad which requires a case to do so because of its smooth back). The Toshiba Android tablet will be powered by Android (Honeycomb), an NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, a 10.1″ multi-touch display (with haptic feedback) at 720p resolution (1280 x 720).
