Sony Ericsson PlayStation Phone receives a teardown

What’s with people and taking phones apart? Nobody knows for sure, but it sure is good for us – we don’t have to do the dirty job ourselves if we ever want to have a peek at the insides of a device. The latest phone to receive this teardown treatment is the Sony Ericsson PlayStation Phone/Xperia Play that hasn’t even been officially announced yet! The internals don’t reveal anything we didn’t know before – it packs a Qualcomm MSM7x30 chip and Broadcom radios. Maybe someone can figure out a way to attach the gamepad to another Android device.
