Plants vs Zombies and Peggle spotted on Android

The wait is almost over! For those of you who are fans of the extremely addictive Plants vs Zombies game from PopCap, but haven’t got the chance to play it because you own an Android phone, the game will be coming your way soon. Jeff Green, the director of editorial and social media for PopCap, recently posted some tweets regarding the games coming on the Android platform, and he even released some pictures showing the two games running on a Google Nexus One phone. Android users won’t have to be jealous of their buddies with iOS devices anymore. Jeff Green has mentioned that the games will be made available through the multiple Markets on Android (possibly Amazon Market and the Tegra Zone Market?) so there won’t be any hassle downloading their games like what users are currently facing with Gameloft titles. Plants vs Zombies on our Android phones, we can’t hardly wait. Who’s excited?
