NOOKcolor overclocked to 950MHz

The NOOKcolor Android tablet from Barnes & Noble is probably one of the most exciting, andflexible eReaders out there – simply because it’s no longer just another eBook reader but a fully-functional Android tablet that only costs $250. Since it has been hacked to gain root access and ClockworkMod Recovery, it has never been easier to customize the device. And now, thanks to the folks over at xda-developers, a new custom kernel for the NOOKcolor that overclocks the tablet to 950MHz has just been released. Not a massive speed increase from its original 800MHz, but it is an increase nevertheless and should help you squeeze a bit more performance out of the device.
