One of the things that were stuck in our mind after CES 2011 was Motorola’s Android-powered XOOM tablet. Just like you, we’re busy wondering when the tablet will arrive. Now folks have discovered that Amazon is offering an unofficial Bluetooth keyboard for the XOOM and it’s listed to be available on February 14th. Of course, an accessory listing on Amazon is a far cry from an official announcement, but considering that February 14th is the first day of Mobile World Congress, maybe Motorola has a surprise planned for us.
