Galaxy S owners out there probably have seen (or maybe even tried) the Road SMS app that allows users to type out text messages without bumping into things, thanks to a “transparent phone”. Now iPhone users might be able to get in on the fun too as MegaReader, an e-reading app, has just been updated to version 2.1 and it adds a Heads Up Display (HUD) feature that functions similarly to the Road SMS transparency feature, allowing you to see what’s going on behind your iPhone while you’re reading something. Of course, despite all this technological wizardry, we still wouldn’t suggest you use your phone while you’re driving. Check out a video of it in action after the jump.
