HTC Inspire 4G brings the Desire HD to AT&T

HTC’s upcoming 4G phone for AT&T is now official. Looking pretty much like the Desire HD (not very Inspiring isn’t it?), the Inspire 4G will support AT&T’s HSPA+ but not their upcoming 4G LTE network. Other than the 4G support, it pretty much has the same specas as the Desire HD – a 4.3″ touchscreen, Android 2.2 with the latest HTC Sense UI, an 8 megapixel camera, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. Not very impressive, coming from HTC especially since we’ve already seen the Desire around for awhile, but nevertheless it’s a start for AT&T. They haven’t been known for carrying the best Android phones around. The HTC Inspire 4G will be launched in the first half of 2011, pricing details will be revealed in the future.
