How many touchscreens would you like on your mobile phone? A concept phone design has surfaced that shows a phone with three flexible AMOLED touchscreen displays. Since the phone consists of three parts, they can be aligned to form a sort of pyramid and keep the phone standing upright, similar to the calendar on your desk. The three displays are actually held together by some soft steel mesh hinges, which is a nice departure from the usual plastic (and might we add unreliable) hinges that are used on most phones. This phone is powered by a customized version of Google’s Android OS and if it were turned into a reality, it would probably be cool enough to challenge the iPhone and other high-end Android phones. That being said, the cost of including three AMOLED displays on the phone will probably be quite high.
