Good news if you’re a struggling independent app developer who is trying to get your app recognized amidst the thousands of apps available, you’re in luck. Zedge, a company that’s been making its business in the mobile ringtone and wallpaper sector have launched their new Apps Discovery Network. This service is aimed at helping indie app developers to get their work out there. All developers have to do is sign up for the service and pay a monthly fee that is determined by company size. Completed apps are submitted to them and if approved, will be placed on their Discovery Network. With over 30 million unique monthly hits on their website, you can be sure they know what people want and they can guarantee you an audience for your apps. It’s going to be a win-win situation- consumers will be getting to know apps from developers they’ve never heard of before and these developers will get to push their apps out. But take note- they have some pretty strict guidelines, so make sure you’re not in the business of developing fart apps or apps that do something that’s already been done better. It’s open for beta testing now, and beta testers will get 3 months free access at no cost when it is out of beta. Head here for more information and sign up with the invitation code: Getdiscovered
