Verizon to keep Sprint and T-Mobile away from the iPhone?

Apparently there are some rumors online about Verizon giving money to Apple in order for them to remain as an exclusive carrier for the iPhone 4, along with AT&T. According to a report from Forbes, Verizon Wireless will be doing anything and everything to ensure their competitors won’t be touching the iPhone- and this is supposed to include paying Apple. How true the rumor is, we won’t know for sure. But with the iPhone rumored to arrive next month, and no news about other carriers accessing the service and next year, it doesn’t look like other carriers will be involved in selling it, we’ll just have to wait and see. Who’s looking forward to an iPhone on Verizon?
