In a press release today, Verizon announced the launch of Mobile Email 4.0, an app that allows users to retrieve their external emails on their feature phones. Working on a whole range of devices including the LG Octane, LG Cosmos Touch and Samsung Zeal, Mobile Email 4.0 improves upon its predecessor by enabling True Push Emails, support for Microsoft Exchange Email, an updated interface and Outlook Calendar Sync to keep you updated with your appointments. The service will be available for $5/month (Pay As You Go plan) or for free if you are on a data plan that is at least $15/month.
