It’s a well known fact that Windows Phone 7 devices are only on GSM networks at the moment and will only gain CDMA capabilities next year. However, this hasn’t stopped Verizon from preparing the arrival of WP7 phones on their network. A quick browse of the Windows Marketplace will show you a number of Verizon Wireless branded apps even though there are no Verizon WP7 phones at the moment. Talk about an early preparation. Treat this with a pinch of salt, but it could also mean we’ll see the Verizon WP7 much earlier than expected. What do you think?
