Update for Windows Phone 7 only arriving in February

A Windows Phone 7 developer has revealed that the rumored update to Windows Phone 7 will only be available in February 2011. Previously the update which was supposed to bring copy and paste, CDMA support was rumored to arrive in January. The new update is also said to relax some restrictions Microsoft placed on developers including in-app downloads, and local application deployment for corporations. Sounds like great news for users and developers. I guess when Microsoft raised our hopes when they said “early 2011” – it could have been anywhere in the first quarter of next year, not just January. But let’s hope the update arrives sooner rather than later. What are you looking forward to in the WP7 update?
