It looks like the one of the world’s most popular VOIP/IM clients will be getting video call-functionality – on the mobile phone. After being released for so long, the massive VOIP network will finally make use of your phone’s front camera (if your phone isn’t a N900, that is). A help document, detailing how to make Skype video calls from an iPhone leaked onto the Skype website which leads us to believe that video calling is coming sooner than later. With Skype having a bunch of video related announcements ant CES next month, all this information should be made official soon. With Skype probably having the largest user base out of all the video calling solutions currently available on smartphones, this is some pretty big news.
