Onkyo TA117 Android Tablet runs on an NVIDIA Tegra 250 chip

Need any more evidence that Android tablets are planning to take over the world? Here’s yet another tablet featuring the cute green robot mascot. This time it’s the Onkyo TA117, going on sale in the land of sushi- Japan. The Android tablet packs a 10.1″ 1024 x 600 display, an NVIDIA 1GHz Tegra 250 chipset, 512MB/1GB of RAM, 8/16GB internal storage, 2x USB ports, WiFi, Bluetooth, a microSD slot, HDMI output, a 1.3 megapixel camera and Android 2.2. No prices have been announced yet, but the tablet should be available for pre-order online tomorrow here.
