Verizon isn’t the only carrier that’s enabling 4G LTE services this week- according to a recent press release from MetroPCS, they have announced the launch of their 4G LTE Services in the metropolitan area of San Francisco at $55/month for unlimited bandwidth and $60/month if you want to use the carrier’s video-on-demand service. So, good news if you’ve been looking for 4G LTE in San Francisco, you’ll have another carrier to select from. The bad news is that no new phones or modems have been announced for their 4G LTE service, all you have is the Samsung Craft feature phone that’s been around for awhile ($299 off contract- but it does come preloaded with Star Trek!). How many of you are using MetroPCS’ 4G LTE service and how’s it working out for you?
