HTC “The first to 4G, again.”

Taking a cue from Apple’s iPhone 4 slogan: “This changes everything. Again.” HTC has updated their US website with the image of a device draped in a black cloth, and the words “The first to 4G, again.” Obviously in reference to their upcoming 4G LTE phone that will be arriving on Verizon. HTC were the first manufacturers to deliver a 4G phone with the EVO 4G on Sprint, and they did it again on T-Mobile’s network with the G2. It looks like they’ll be the first to Verizon’s network as well, with their Incredible HD/Mecha that leaked earlier today showing the 4G LTE symbol in the notification bar. If there’s one thing you can’t fault HTC for, it’s being consistent. These guys have steadily churned out solid Android phones all year long, and it’s no surprise if they continue to do so next year.
