The HTC Legend is carved out of an aluminum block, and boy does it look extremely desirable when it was first released. While the design is still able to hold its own in this day and age, the software bit is more disappointing, but at least we now know that the Android 2.2 Froyo update will be made available to Legend owners with HTC UK posting an update to their Facebook page, pointing to December 9th as the rollout date for Froyo. Of course, this bit of news applies to those living across the pond, and with that having been done, we do keep our fingers crossed that HTC’s software engineers will be able to have Android 2.3 up and running for the Legend as well – sooner rather than later, please.
