HTC EVO Shift 4G photos leaked

Looks like the elusive HTC EVO 4G has finally been caught on camera. Previously not much was known about the device, but the folks over at Phone Arena have gotten their hands on some photographs and specs of the device. The Android slider phone, rumored to arrive on Sprint in January 2011, was initially thought to be a smaller, scaled-down version of the EVO 4G. Turns out, it’s more like Sprint’s version of the G2 instead. It features an 800MHz processor, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and will pack 4G radios. So if you’ve always wanted the G2 on Sprint, the EVO Shift 4G might be your ticket. It looks like HTC is going down the Galaxy S path and releasing a G2 variant on each carrier as well. I wonder if they’ll release one for AT&T as well.
