Need more signs that Gingerbread is almost amongst us? The Hong Kong Google site recently released a video tutorial about Google Voice Search, and in the video we catch a glimpse of Gingerbread (Android 2.3). The version of Android used features the black notification bar with green icons- just like the UI that’s touted to be in Gingerbread. Since Google released a video tutorial using it, it’s pretty safe to say that Gingerbread has been completed and will be made available to the public soon. With the rumored launch of Android 2.3 to be at the “D: Dive Into Mobile” event, December 6, we’re only a few days away from finding out. Who’s looking forward to Gingerbread in time for Christmas?
