Galaxy S owners on Sprint now have a reason to rejoice- the long-awaited Android 2.2 update is finally here! While Galaxy phones from other carriers are still running on Android 2.1, Sprint users will get to show off their Epic 4G phones with the latest version of Android. The best part is Sprint will be sending the updates over the air, but just in case you can’t wait for it, you can grab the update from Google to perform a manual update. Android 2.2 brings new features such as: Adobe Flash 10.1 support, USB tethering, WiFi hotspot functionality, and speed, memory and performance optimizations.
