Extra content for Infinity Blade available next week

For those of you who have already fought your way through all the levels in Infinity Blade, maxed out every item and can defeat each boss with your eyes closed- good news for you. Epic Games has just announced that they will be releasing an update for the game in time for Christmas next week. The update will add five new weapons, five new shields, five new helmets, a new set of armor, a raised level cap of 45, and a new enemy – the Marrow Fiend. Epic Games said that a larger, more substantial update will be arriving in January- new areas, new enemies, additional story and more. It’s good to know that the company isn’t just riding on the success of the game and plan to keep it fresh with new content. Following in the footsteps of Rovio should be wise decision, considering how popular Angry Birds became. Let’s hope other game developers will follow suit with high-quality games and updates. Looks like your brief respite is almost up- get ready to don your gear and head into battle again.
