It didn’t take too long, but just like the Droid 2 Global, a new over the air update has been released for the Droid Pro. If you haven’t received a notification asking you to update your phone, you can manually update it by heading to Menu > Settings > About Phone > System Updates. In case you were wondering what this update brings, some of the main features are: improved audio for voice calls, improved stability and performance, upgraded Bluetooth firmware, upgrade to Google apps release 7, reduced user interface lock-ups and more. If you’ve received the update on your Droid Pro, let us know if everything went well. As usual, it doesn’t hurt to back up your device in case of any random mishaps.
