It looks like the Symbian Foundation’s days are numbered. According to a statement made over the weekend, the Symbian Foundation will be shutting down all their websites and removing their online presence on the 17th of December. The Foundation behind the once great, superstar operating system is dying slowly but surely. Though the operating system will still live on through Nokia’s new devices, it won’t ever be the same again, as Nokia has even mentioned that their future will be in MeeGo, not Symbian.
