SkyFire no longer available on the App Store

It looks like the demand for Flash content on the iPhone is higher than SkyFire anticiapted. The $3 browser was removed from the App Store merely hours after it launched. Though it shot to the top of the charts for being the top grossing app, the massive amount of users caused a huge load on their servers which reduced the quality of videos being converted from Flash in SkyFire. So for now, the application has been marked as “sold out” on the iTunes App Store. No word about when SkyFire will put the app on sale again, but they said that they will be issuing Facebook and Twitter status updates when it does.
