PSP phone to be launched or announced on December 9?

In a surprising twist of events, it appears that the legendary (more aptly put- hotly discussed) PlayStation Phone might rear its head officially on December 9, just in time for the holidays and much earlier than the previously hinted CES launch. In an invitation to a Sony Ericsson event this December, it states “the most anticipated presentation of the past 10 years”. Underneath the statement, we have a phone icon lined up next to a row of the four PlayStation icons used on all their controllers. With the event hosted by Pierre Perron, the Director General of Sony Ericsson France, you know it’s going to be a big deal. With December 9 only couple of weeks away, we can hardly wait.
