More rumors of the Verizon iPhone surface

The Verizon iPhone, despite countless rumors floating around, has yet to be officially confirmed by either Verizon or Apple. But according to the latest story, if true, might just hit the nail in the head. In a recent tweet responding to @VerizonCareers about the iPad, a Twitter user named slinky317 asked if it was a hint to the upcoming iPhone from Verizon, and shockingly they replied “yes that is the latest scoop”. Now it’s not concrete evidence to support that an iPhone is arriving on Big Red, but it could either mean that Verizon was acknowledging how widespread the rumor is, or it could be an employee who unknowingly put up internal information on Twitter and thus confirming the iPhone. Or it could be Verizon playing along just to get some hype going. Whatever it is, we won’t say we know anything for sure until an official announcement is made.
