iPhone 4, the most reliable smartphone is accident-prone

Despite issues it has with dropping calls, the iPhone has been proved to be the most reliable smartphone for warranty failures. In a recent survey done by warranty provider, Square Trade, they analyzed failure rates of over 50,000 smart phones and learnt some interesting facts. iPhone 4, Motorola and HTC Android phones were in the top percentage of phones that didn’t suffer from problems within the first 12 months of purchase. However, other phones like the BlackBerry were twice as likely to have problems within the same time period. But where the iPhone 4 proved to be most reliable, it was also proven to have the highest accident percentage of phones being damaged in accidents. From these results, it is safe to say that your iPhone 4 will serve you well if you keep it protected. You’d think that with a phone looking so classy, people would take better care of it.
