iOS 4.2 might be arriving very soon

On the Apple support page, they recently released some advice about resolving the problem with iOS’s recurring alarms after DST change. From the support page they mention, “After November 7th, 2010, you can set your alarms to repeat again.” Such an odd answer for a small problem that eventually turned huge, from it we can infer two different meanings. First up, the clock bug will automatically fix itself by Sunday or secondly- we get the iOS 4.2 fix by this weekend. Both seem very likely, but the majority of iPhone users will probably hope for the latter. Either way, we have a few more days until we find out the real reason.
