Install non-Marketplace apps on your Windows Phone 7 device using ChevronWP7

Some folks have come up with a way to enable the installation of apps which aren’t approved by the Windows Marketplace onto your Windows Phone 7 device. Called ChevronWP7, this user-friendly app simply unlocks your phone so that you can install apps on your phone without going to the Windows Marketplace. There have been bad connotations to the usage of such software- it allows the installation of cracked/pirated apps and games- but it also unleashes the full potential of your phone by allowing the installation of apps that access private or native APIs.
