A British inventor who had trouble finding a suitable iPad stand for his kids came up with his own, and is now selling it online. According to him, if you use the iPad for more than 30 minutes, your arms get tired. Current stands only seem to work when set on tables and didn’t allow for easy rotation. After realizing these problems, by watching his kids use the iPad, he designed a stand to solve them. His main goal was to create a stand that would sit comfortably on your lap and allow for easy adjustments for best viewing. His stands are now available for sale on his website for $69.50 (£42.99) for the aluminium version and $16.15 (£9.99) for the wooden version. If you have problems keeping your iPad on your lap, maybe the iLapStand is for you.
