HTC Merge coming soon?

The 360-view for the HTC Merge appeared on Verizon’s website earlier today and then was quickly pulled off. Good thing the vigilant folks over at Android Central managed to record a video of it before it was removed from the site. Despite rumors of the HTC Merge being delayed until next year, could this mean that the HTC Merge is arriving on Verizon soon? The Merge looks like a “G2” or “Desire Z” for the Big Red network, though its black and red keyboard does ooze a bit more style than its predecessors, and it doesn’t have the flimsy looking Z hinge.
