Gingerbread making appearances online

Although it’s been quite some time since Google’s gingerbread tweet, it’s December in a few days and we have yet to receive any official word about the next version of Android. Still, hopes are high- it was reported that over the weekend, some Nexus One phones running on a new build of Gingerbread were testing Adobe AIR performance on the AIR Benchmark website. If the model numbers weren’t fabricated, it means there are builds of Gingerbread somewhere out there, and it’ll be only a matter of time until an actual build leaks out. Boy, Google sure are good at keeping things concerning Gingerbread wrapped up eh?
