Dell has just issued a blog post detailing the issues with their Windows Phone 7 device and what they are doing to rectify them. The Dell Venue Pro, which has been a hot-selling WP7 phone since its launch, has been plagued by multiple issues- WiFi problems, headphone jack not working well due to its curved design, camera settings not being saved, and most importantly- the phone being out of stock in shops nationwide. Dell will be ramping up production in order to keep up with the phone’s demand, and has their team working on fixes for the issues. After so much bad press, it makes you wonder if the demand for the phone will still be there when the next Dell Venue Pro batch ships out.
