600,000 Galaxy Tabs sold worldwide within the first month (still not as popular as the iPad)

It has just been reported that Samsung has sold 600,000 Galaxy Tab tablets worldwide within its first month. It looks like Samsung is right on track with their tablet. 600,000 sales make it the world’s most popular Android tablet, with no other Android tablets coming close to that figure. With their Samsung Galaxy S phones doing well in the Android market as well, Samsung are really making a name for themselves with the Android operating system. However, despite selling 30,000 Tabs the first week it was made available in Korea, Apple has already received 40,000 pre-orders for their iPad in less than a week. It sounds like they’ll need to try harder if they want to dethrone Apple as the tablet king. What do you think? Will you be getting a Galaxy Tab or an iPad this holiday season?
