Well, with the release of the Renesas SH7370 chip, we’re one step closer to having high-definition content on our mobile phones. The chips are already shipping to manufactures, and are only about 1cm square, which is impressively small, considering its abilities, not to mention on-chip Dolby Digital 5.1 channel output.
