As you walk or drive through a neighborhood, the GPS will track your position and display real-time estate information and data as you go, such as estimated home values, homes for sale and recently sold homes. Of course, you won’t have to go there if you don’t want to, you can always search by neighborhood. Zillow reportedly has data on about 95% of the homes in the country, including photos and contact information for 3.4 million for-sale listings. Impressive.
